JB's Crepes

JBは豊かな背景を持つ情熱的なガレットとクレープを作る職人です。ガレットとクレープが生まれたとされるフランスのブルターニュ地方で生まれ育ったJBは世界中の様々な場所でクレーピエ（クレープ職人）として経験を積んできました。

2018年、カナダのバンクーバーでJB‘ｓcrêpesを創業。旅するJBは、ガレットそしてクレープの愛を皆さまへ共有するために札幌にたどり着きました。彼の多様な経験は、間違いなく彼の芸術に影響を与えており、美味しい食事ににユニークさを提供することを可能にしています。

JB is a passionate crepe chef with a rich culinary background. Hailing from the crepe stronghold of Bretagne, France, JB’s expertise has been honed through experience in various global locations. Having worked in Canada, the UK, and Hawaii, JB’s journey has finally brought him to Sapporo, where he continues to share his love for crepes with the world. His diverse experiences have undoubtedly influenced his craft, allowing him to offer a unique and worldly perspective to his delectable creations.
